Riven Agency is a marketing agency based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, serving businesses across Gainsborough, Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area. Information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where we begin working together, to deliver the agreed services. We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Store Your Information
Enquiry submissions are processed via Formspree and delivered to our inbox. Formspree's privacy policy applies — see formspree.io. We do not retain personal data beyond our working relationship unless required for legal or accounting purposes.

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies that may be set are strictly functional ones required for the contact form to operate.

Agreement to Terms
By engaging Riven Agency for any service you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before proceeding.
Services
Riven Agency will provide the services agreed upon in writing. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and priced separately before being carried out.
Payment
Invoices are issued monthly in advance and are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998. Riven Agency reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Minimum Contract Term
Our standard engagement requires a minimum of 3 months. Either party may terminate after this period with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation during the minimum term may result in a fee equivalent to the remaining months.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely access to any platforms required (e.g. Google Business Profile, website CMS). Delays caused by the client in providing access or approvals are not the responsibility of Riven Agency.
Results and Rankings
Riven Agency will use best efforts to improve search rankings but does not guarantee specific positions or traffic levels. Search engines are third-party platforms outside our control. No refunds will be issued on the basis of ranking outcomes alone.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Riven Agency until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client. Riven Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Riven Agency's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Questions: geri@rivenagency.com.
