Riven Agency will provide the services agreed upon in writing. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and priced separately before being carried out.
Invoices are issued monthly in advance and are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998. Riven Agency reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Our standard engagement requires a minimum of 3 months. Either party may terminate after this period with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation during the minimum term may result in a fee equivalent to the remaining months.
The client agrees to provide timely access to any platforms required (e.g. Google Business Profile, website CMS). Delays caused by the client are not the responsibility of Riven Agency.
Riven Agency will use best efforts to improve search rankings but does not guarantee specific positions or traffic levels. Search engines are third-party platforms outside our control. No refunds will be issued on the basis of ranking outcomes alone.
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Riven Agency until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client. Riven Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
Riven Agency's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity.
